Datakvalitet is a Norwegian provider of cloud-based quality management systems, established in 1994 and headquartered in Tromsø. PlusOffice is a Norwegian-based company offering software solutions for HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), HR and Time Registration. The core software module encompasses a range of HSE functionalities, including internal control, risk analysis, personnel management, sick leave, vacation management, and employee handbook integration to comply with regulations. The demand is driven by Norway's comprehensive HSE regulations applicable to all companies with more than one employee.

Since being founded in 2017, PlusOffice has experienced a remarkable growth and today serves +2,100 Norwegian SMBs across a variety of sectors. The company has been owned by the management and key employees, who will re-invest alongside VIA equity and the other shareholders of WeKomply.
